Pregnant Mothers: Whether you give birth at home, a birthing center or a hospital, these cards help remind you of your strength and give you ideas for the many positions you can be in during labor and birth. During pregnancy, practice these positions regularly, alone and with your partner, so that you are familiar with them during birth. Arrange them in different locations around your house and birth space to remind yourself that you've got this! They will also help birth partners understand position changes during labor.
Educators, Doulas, Midwives: These are very useful tools to have on hand during class or client visits. They remind everyone to practice position changes during pregnancy in preparation for birth! Get them printed and laminated at a print shop so that they last for years.
What You Get:
- Includes 55 full-color PDF files distributed on fourteen pages/four cards to a page to print on either US Letter size (8.5"x11") or A4 paper
- Please note: You will NOT be receiving a physical copy of these items.
Directions for printing and cutting
- Paper: Print on 8/5 X 11 inch or A4.
- Cutting: The paper is meant to be cut exactly in half across and lengthwise using scissors or a paper cutter.
- Paper Type:
- Menu paper is an excellent choice. It is a synthetic, durable, waterproof, tear-proof, washable, fade-resistant, printable paper.
- Card stock works well. You will want to get them laminated.
