An informed choice about genetic screening is an important part of prenatal health care. Many aspects influencing a family’s decision on screening include moral, religious, and philosophical attitudes concerning Down syndrome and disability. Each choice is personal. This two-page document covers:

- These black and white documents are meant to be printed on 8.5 X 11" paper.

CUSTOMIZATION
You have the option of personalizing the files you purchase to fit your practice for an additional $45. I take extra care to ensure your documents look professional. Any logo or image you send MUST be high resolution (300 dpi).
Once I receive your order, I will contact you to arrange details. Proceed to checkout as usual, and download the documents.
